Accomplishments: In 2005, Mr. Kelley retired from a private law practice in Tacoma, Washington. His law practice was limited to the representation of plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death matters. He had represented over 4,000 personal injury plaintiffs over 30 years with results ranging from everyday verdicts and settlements to multi-million dollar outcomes.

Since 1989, Mr. Kelley has mediated over 3,500 injury, commercial and miscellaneous tort claims throughout the United States, presiding over average annual settlement totals of many millions of dollars and individual settlements of more than $40 million dollars. Cases have included wrongful death, products liability, aviation accident, employment and professional negligence matters. Mr. Kelley is frequently called on to teach CLE seminars and speak at professional meetings and events on topics of mediation or litigation of personal injury cases. He has a personal and professional interest in computer hardware and software technology.
