Accomplishments: Mr. Kempner has practiced law in Spokane, Washington as a sole practitioner since 1987. After receiving his J.D. in 1980, he joined the firm of Goss, Moe & Sampson and pursued a general litigation practice. Mr. Kempner has been an arbitrator for the New Motor Vehicle Lemon Law since 1988 and has arbitrated for the Spokane Superior Court. As a mediator, his emphasis is on personal injury and other insurance based claims.
