Efrem Krisher

Accomplishments: Mr. Krisher is admitted to practice in Washington State and New York State. Since 2000, Mr. Krisher has been engaged in a private law practice with Buckley & Associates in Seattle, emphasizing personal and property damage claims resolution. Between 1991 and 1995, he served as Staff Attorney for Utica Mutual Insurance Company in New Hartford, New York and was also an Errors & Omissions Examiner (1988-1991). From 1995 to 1997, he served as a Claims Examiner for Safeco Insurance, and from 1997 to 2000, he was affiliated with Unigard Insurance Co.

Mr. Krisher’s legal experience prior to 1991 was in a general private practice with a focus on representation of inmates in Washington State Prisons. Mr. Krisher has served as an umpire of property damage claims and arbitrator in the Washington State Lemon Law and other Consumer Restitution Class Action Programs administered by WAMS since 1987. His practice covers King and Pierce counties.
