Accomplishments: Cynthia Morgan has spent her career practicing law in Washington State. She was selected as a Rising Star and Local Super Lawyer by Washington Law & Politics Magazine in 2002 and 2004. From 1996 until 2003, she practiced with the Messina Bulzomi firm in Tacoma. Her emphasis was on complex personal injury and wrongful death claims. Specific types of cases she has handled include auto collisions, medical malpractice, worksite injury, product liability, and employment issues.

Since 2003, Cynthia has been in private practice in Seattle and Issaquah with a practice focus on mediation, arbitration, insurance subrogation and personal injury litigation. She has been certified as a Rule 39.1 mediator in U.S. Federal District Court and has been appointed to the WSBA Mediation Panel.

Cynthia has authored numerous publications and spoken at CLE seminars in the areas of automobile accident litigation and insurance, medical malpractice issues, mediation and settlement strategies.
