WAMS Mediator Certification: 1991
Accomplishments: Mr. Sindell maintains a
Seattle law practice devoted to plaintiff’s personal injury litigation,
although he occasionally defends uninsured motorists and other
uninsured defendants.
His extensive prior experience includes work on the staff of House
Counsel for Unigard Insurance, where he engaged in defense trial work
and analysis of coverage issues. Mr. Sindell’s mediation experience
includes many
complex injury cases (some in the seven figures). He also has served as
a swing
arbitrator in UIM personal injury cases.
Mr. Sindell authored the “Role of the Plaintiff’s
Lawyer in
Investigation” in the Washington State Bar Association’s Motor Vehicle
Accident Litigation Deskbook, and the Mediation chapters in both the
WSBA and WSTLA MVA deskbooks.
