Accomplishments:

Crane Bergdahl maintains a solo law practice in Pasco, Washington, where he focuses on general civil and business litigation, arbitration and mediation. Mr. Bergdahl has served as legal counsel for various commercial farming operations in Central Washington, advising on contract matters, insurance claims, employment issues and commercial transactions. As a litigator, he has represented both plaintiffs and defendants involved in personal injury claims, business disputes and agriculture matters.

Mr. Bergdahl serves as an arbitrator in contractual, mandatory, single and three member panel arbitrations. As a mediator and arbitrator for Washington Arbitration & Mediation Service, he has helped resolve a wide range of cases involving business disputes, personal injury, contract claims and property damage.
