Accomplishments:

Mr. Gunter is a partner in the Richland, Washington law firm of Powell & Gunter. He has served as a Municipal Court Judge for 12 years and as an arbitrator for Washington State Lemon Law hearings since 1995. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Gunter was a Sociology instructor at Columbia Basin College.

In addition to serving as a consumer protection arbitrator, Mr. Gunter is available to serve as a single or swing arbitrator in UIM and commercial disputes.
