In late 2008, WAMS undertook a thorough review of
its Rules of Arbitration for the purpose of ensuring compliance with
RCW 7.04A and facilitating the arbitration process.
When filing for arbitration with a WAMS-affiliated
arbitrator after January 1, 2009, the 2009 Rules of Arbitration will
apply to the proceeding.
